How it works

Run like a product, not a project

Every step has a goal and something you can hold. That is how I ran products at TrueML, EcoCart and Hopper, and it is how I run your MVP.

  1. Step 1

    Define what success looks like

Goal: Agree on the one problem worth solving, who has it, and the number that will prove the MVP works.

    You get

An MVP blueprint with scope, user flows and a success metric.

  2. Step 2

Build the smallest thing that tests it

Goal: Get a working version of the core idea into real hands as fast as possible, and cut everything else.

    You get

Working software every day, with a short Loom video of what changed.

  3. Step 3

    Launch and learn

Goal: Put it in front of real users and measure it against the success metric we set on day one.

    You get

A live product, analytics, and a ranked list of what to build next.

Why work with me

The person who plans your product also builds it

Most MVPs pass between a product person, a designer and developers, and something gets lost at every handoff. With me there are no handoffs.

Who you work with

Hi, I'm Lyor

I have spent over 7 years leading product at SaaS companies like TrueML and EcoCart, launching features and driving growth in complex spaces like fintech.

I started BuiltIt because I saw too many good ideas stall in the gap between strategy and execution. Here, product thinking and hands-on Next.js development come from the same person.

Your MVP is built to solve a real user problem, and you work directly with me the whole way.

Common questions

How does payment work?

You pay 20% to start. That covers discovery and a written MVP blueprint. The remaining 80% is due only once you decide to build.

What if the blueprint is not what I need?

You stop there and keep the blueprint. You owe nothing beyond the 20% deposit.

What is not included?

Hosting and third-party services, such as AI API usage, are billed to you directly at cost. Work after launch is covered by the optional care plan or quoted separately.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code, accounts and domain are set up in your name from day one.

Have an idea you want to ship?

Tell me what you are building. I will reply with questions or a time to talk, and we scope it together before any work starts.
